Terms and Conditions
1. PAYMENT
All payments are to be made in pounds sterling. For your security we will
only deliver goods to the credit/debit card holders address as held on
record by the card issuer. Where delivery is to be made to an address other
than the card holders address it is recommended that payment is made by
postal order, money order, cheque or cash. Cheques will have to be cleared
before goods are dispatch. Cash should only be sent by registered mail.
Goods will only be dispatched when credit/debit cards are authorised and
payment received in full. For orders outside of the U.K. the customer is
liable for any importation duties or local taxes. All prices are inclusive
of V.A.T at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering information.
Prices may be altered at anytime without notice. The total cost of your
order is the price of the products ordered plus the shipping charges. You
confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
2. ORDERS
It is understood that all aerosols are to be used for legitimate art
work and approved commissions. In the unlikely event that we are out
of stock of a particular colour that you order we may unless specified
by you substitute a similar colour.
3. DELIVERY
We will despatch your order as soon as we receive and process payment
your details. Authorisation of credit/debit cards can take 24 hours
hence goods may be sent up to 48 hours after an order has been placed.
Goods are sent via Interlink Express on a Next Day service. We can
not be held responsible for any delays in deliveries by third parties.
4. DAMAGES
If an item should arrive damaged as a result of shipment you must contact
Valley of Chrome immediately and we will advise you of the procedure
for damaged goods return. Please keep all original packaging and paperwork.
5. LINKS
In an attempt to bring increased value to our users, we may provide links
to other websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are
not responsible for the availability or content of such sites or resources.
Valley of Chrome does not endorse the contents of such sites.
6. PRIVACY
Under no circumstances will we pass on any information to any third parties.
We may from time to time contact you with any special offers or information.
